At Bumble and Bloom Co., we pour love and care into every arrangement we create. Flowers are a personal and meaningful part of life’s biggest moments, and your satisfaction means everything to us.
While we do not offer returns on fresh flowers due to their perishable nature, we are committed to making things right if you are reasonably unhappy with your order.
If you’re not satisfied with your floral arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We kindly ask that you provide a photo and a brief explanation so we can understand what went wrong.
Our Promise:
If your flowers arrive damaged, are not as described, or simply do not meet your expectations, we will gladly:

Offer a replacement arrangement,

Provide store credit for a future order,

Or issue a partial or full refund—whichever is most appropriate for the situation.
Each case is handled with care and on an individual basis, because we believe in good customer service and beautiful blooms.
