Bumble and Bloom Co. provides floral design services, event planning, and select gift items. Our services are currently available for local delivery in Neeses, SC, and surrounding areas. Non-perishable gift items may be offered for nationwide shipping in the future.
By using this site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once your order is confirmed, your price is locked in.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or availability issues.
3. Flower Availability & Substitutions
Due to seasonal changes and supplier availability, some flowers may not be in stock. We reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of your arrangement.
We will always do our best to honor color palettes and styles requested.
4. Local Delivery
Floral delivery is currently available in Neeses, SC, and surrounding areas. We will contact you if there are any issues with delivering to your requested location.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including recipient name, address, and contact details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
5. Refunds & Satisfaction
We do not accept returns on floral items. However, if you are reasonably dissatisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
6. Gift Shipping (Non-Floral Items)
When available, non-floral gifts may be shipped within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability
